2.1 We offer natural, homemade, chemical-free food products under the brand Amader™.
2.2 Product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability may change without prior notice.
2.3 We ensure best effort in product quality, but natural variations may occur due to sourcing and production.
2.4 All products are for personal consumption only. Reselling without authorization is prohibited.

3. Ordering & Payment

3.1 Orders can be placed through our website, social media, or partner platforms (e.g., Daraz Mall).
3.2 Payment methods accepted: Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), Debit/Credit Cards, or as displayed at checkout.
3.3 Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid) or acceptance at delivery (for COD).
3.4 We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing error, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 We deliver across Bangladesh through our logistics partners.
4.2 Delivery time depends on location, generally 2–5 working days inside Dhaka, 3–7 working days outside Dhaka.
4.3 Delivery charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
4.4 Customers must provide accurate address and contact information. Amader is not responsible for failed delivery due to wrong/incomplete details.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

5.1 As food products are perishable, we generally do not accept returns once opened or used.
5.2 A replacement/refund is possible only if:

• The product is damaged, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• The complaint is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  5.3 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1 Customers must check product labels, ingredients, and expiry before consumption.
6.2 We are not liable for any allergic reactions, side effects, or misuse of products.
6.3 Customers agree not to misuse the website for illegal activities including fraud, hacking, or data theft.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content including text, images, logos, and trademarks under Amader™ are owned by Amader eBuy Ltd.
7.2 No part of this website may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.
